Unresolved: I contacted various government agencies because I did not which agency would resolve this issue. which is more evident during evening commute. A reply was received from an agency, I do not recall which agency. The reply was "What is the Pole Number where the light is out" It is "lights" on both sides of the Pike (Road). How can a person stop, find the pole#, write down the pole# during evening commute? My observation the issue remains the same. re: 3900 block of Dickerson Pike (Road) between Old Hickory Blvd. & Hunters Lane.

I cannot tell if lights are out, no longer drive at that time.
