The parking lot located at 900 Grand Avenue is filled with cars, motorcycles, people every Friday and Saturday nights. The noise and music continue past 2:00am - even as late as 3:00am. Neighbors (as well as myself) call the non-emergency police number regularly - even had to do it this past Sunday afternoon! Who owns this property? Sometimes there are actual fights going on in the lot along with squealing tires and motorcycles and screaming.

I doubt that he wants this kind of activity (and the liability) occurring on his private property - creating and maintaining a public nuisance. Sounds like grounds for a lawsuit....
