Sharraxaadda

For many years now, my neighbors & I have been calling the police and City Hall to report illegal ATV riders at the old town dump. Not only do they ride at all hours and make horrible noise, but they also go tearing up and down our side streets (illegally and at a high rate of speed) to get there. The dump is owned by the city of Torrington. If one of those idiots were to get hurt there, it could potentially be a very large lawsuit for us taxpayers. They also rip up private property to get there. No one has been willing to do anything to stop them.
