Description

The left turn signal on Constitution Ave and the Black Horse Pike
does not hold long enough. Only 2 to 3 vehicles can turn before
the traffic from E 9th Avenue starts moving. There is a Wawa at
the corner and a lot of traffic comes out of there and tries to turn left on the Black Horse Pike.
