Is it really necessary to have both the new sidewalk lamps and the old street lights running down Black Horse Pike? Although it appears that they may be solar-powered, light pollution is still a problem and I don't think we should abuse solar energy either (light bulbs still need to be manufactured, shipped, and replaced). If anyone knows who I can contact to get more information about this, please comment below. Thanks :)
