An asphalt overlay was placed in the WB lane on Country Knoll closing the lane with no traffic control on Universe indicating a closed lane. Traffic will be diverted into the EB lane making it dangerous. I feel this intersection is poorly considered, we see high traffic volumes traveling at high speeds through this residential area as well as high pedestrian and bicycle traffic and we have no crosswalks.
