Thank you for submitting your service request (SR #15-00299497). You will receive an email when your request has been addressed by the servicing agency (DDOT).
Their on-line system has an algorithm that automatically closes cases as "resolved" after a certain number of days, whether they're actually resolved or not. We must re-file the issue. I'm bringing this absurd problem up with our CM as well as the Ward MOCR.
