Sidewalk always has trash and the "Clean Team" that's been awarded a grant to clean the sidewalk does not clean this block. Either the organization should give up this street to the Emory BOL Clean Team or should follow through and clean this block.

This site has become an eyesore since they started construction. Construction has stopped; it's become a derelict property with graffiti and illegal posters and inviting trash and debris dumping. In addition, the construction zone juts into the sidewalk, making the passageway hazardous for wheelchair access.

People keep dumping their trash from the cars parked along the 1300 block of Missouri Ave., Northwest in front of the parking lot of the Brightwood School. They also dump trash in the berm in front of that same parking lot. School is out this summer so there’s no sanitation crew to clean up this tree box and berm.

People in Cars dumped trash into tree box after 4th of July fireworks participation and regularly every week. It's worse right after the 4th of July holiday. Please send someone to clean as this is in front of District (Brightwood School) property. thank you!

Original service request 17-00344376 contained the addresses 1221-1225 Missouri Ave NW, that is, two trees that were cut down on this block across three addresses. So far, only one tree has been planted, at 1223 Missouri Ave NW. Please also re-plant a tree at 1225 Missouri Ave NW. Not sure why management planted only one tree when two trees were cut down. thank you very much, kyb

Apple "Foods" has bronze metallic graffiti sprayed on its side wall. It's an eyesore and has been there nearly a week. Please prevail on the owners to paint or clean the wall so the public won't have to have this in our neighborhood. Thank you very much!

The southern side of Missouri Avenue NW from the corner of 13th Street NW at Missouri Avenue NW to the one street light between 1320 and 1322 Missouri Avenue NW is VERY DARK. Now that the Brightwood School no longer lights its parking lot at night, there is no light on the sidewalk and there are very low-hanging trees. Also, people congregate at the berm where there's seating outside at the end of the school at the parking lot and next to the driveway at 1320 Missouri Ave NW. Please put a street light on that side to provide more safety.

Trees were removed several months ago from these locations between 1221, 1223, 1225 and 1227 Missouri Avenue NW. No grass has been planted in these tree boxes nor have trees been planted. Due to the high level of commercial traffic on this avenue and the high levels of asthma among the children in this neighborhood, we need tress replanted to mitigate against the pollution. Please replant some trees. This is my second request; I sent a similar request in the spring.

1310 Missouri Ave NW: problem is the tree box and "grass" on the 1300 block of Missouri Avenue NW side of the Brightwood School, whose address is technically 1300 Nicholson St. NW. However, people park on the Missouri Ave NW side and leave trash and other debris after eating, drinking, etc. Is it possible to place a couple of trash cans on that site? Litterers might consider using these instead of just dropping trash on the ground or dumping debris into the treebox.

Please either plant another tree, perhaps smaller tree or place grass sod in its place. The sawdust just adds to the asthma problem of the neighborhood children.
