Beschreibung
This is the view of the backyard (or should I say junkyard) of 4417 Harbord Drive, as seen from Clarewood Lane. There is an old car and lots of other debris littering the property. Many big, black trash bags, with who knows what's in them. The property is easily accessible, a potential danger for kids living in the neighborhood. Is there anything the city can do?
