Litter and old furniture on the Percival St side of the house on the sidewalk. It looks terrible.

Even if this was bulk trash pickup, it shouldn't be spilling into the street. LCI PLEASE ENFORCE!!!

This is a property that continually puts debris outside. It needs to be monitored regularly and the homeowner needs to be fined so the behavior stops.

The city cleaned it up but LCI needs to pay attention to this area. It seems as soon as it's cleaned someone dumps there again. I believe the owner is an absentee landlord. This may be an area for illegal dumping.
