Description

These emergency no parking signs were posted on 10/20/15, and the proper 48 hours advance notice before taking effect was not given. Signs are dated for enforcement starting 10/15/15, 5 days before they were posted. Additionally, these signs cover the area of 3.5 houses, which I would argue is far more than the allotment for a dumpster.
