This issue is continuing today with bobcat using sidewalk to move fill dirt and rock

Seems the bobcat could use the street and corner ramp just as easily.

And they're not sweeping walk at the end of the day

DEC staff are confident that conditions of the permit are being met. We will remind the applicant to sweep for excessive dirt at the end of construction each day.
