why is the parking ban during snowstorms never enforced on Townsend avenue. I recieved the "phone call "from the city,informing me that cars need to be off the streets till noon on sunday for snow removal,yet no one moves their cars and towing never takes place. Maybe the mayor doesn't realize that the annex and morris cove are actually part of New Haven...
