Sharraxaadda

Around 7:30 on a Tuesday morning, SEPTA bus #40 made a left turn right before its light turned red. It immediately stopped to let around 6 passengers off, including a couple elderly folks who needed extra time. The problem is the bus was standing across the westbound and eastbound car lanes, and was blocking the eastbound bike lane. A bunch of cars and bikes waited an extra minute or so.

No big deal except that on Spruce St., wheel traffic gets stopped at every light anyway, and also something similar happened at 40th and Market St. a few minutes later.
