I know it's illegal I called the cops. The cops came out. He said they physically have to see it.. like smoke from the fireworks or hear it themselves. He went over and talked to them but of course they lied and said "it's wasn't me"... I know it's illegal but unless they catch them doing it or people complain enough they won't do anything about it. I have called the cops on them every time I have heard it and I will continue to do so until something is done about it. They do it all hours of the night I have heard it at 1am and 2am and it has scared the crap out of me and woken me up from my sleep. I have also heard it 830am and 1030am as well as 8 and 9pm. It literally sounds like a bomb going off and it shakes my entire house. I have even been in my basement and I still hear it and feel it vibrating my house. Ridiculous.
