Description

Big pothole on the eastbound lane of West Martin; Between Long and North Main. This is a narrow road with curbs, so if there is oncoming traffic, you have no choice but to hit this hole. I hit it last night (it was filled with water for some reason), and it was so deep that it completely covered my windshield with water. Please fix! It hurts!
