Ice hazard. The right side of Canal Road going North just beyond Entrance to Fletcher's Cove is Perpetually wet. When the temperature drops below freezing tires spread the wetness over an extended area which becomes black ice. A couple years ago there was a serious accident at this location likely attributable to the icing. The problem should be relatively easy to fix. A bit of creative drainage.
