There is a water leak in front of the old Frankie's restaurant on Morehead. Between Myrtle and Oriole. Water is bubbling from a service cover between sidewalk and road. This has been happening for over 2 weeks now. Reported to CMUD on 6/18 without resolution. CMUD complaint number 971390. It is not a huge amout of water, but over 2+ weeks, it has to be affecting the ground and road around one of the old trees.
