Thanks! Thanked!2610 Providence Road Charlotte, North Carolina
A utility pole beside of the road has been broken for years and appears ready to come down on a car during a storm. I reported this to Duke Energy and The City of Charlotte over a year ago.
From the Google image I posted today you can see the date of this image is October 2012. To find the pole drive slowly south on Providence Road look at the 3-5 pole after Shoreham Drive. The pole is beside of another pole. It is only hanging on by the wires that support it. Someone came along weeks ago and spray painted the pole with white paint. I thought this meant they were finally going to correct the problem. The pole is still there. It is scary to sit by this pole when traffic backs up on a windy day.
If someone gets hurt or dies when this comes down I hope the person reviewing this issue will remember this was reported and notify the victims family. When I notified the City of Charlotte they were sending a police car to review the situation. That was over a year ago.

Need to post No Parking between Queens Road W and Stanford Place. Vehicles parked along south side of Radcliffe are blocking access to Radcliffe from Queens Rd West creating the likelyhood of collision with northbound Queens Road W traffic - eastbound Radcliffe Ave Traffic is unable to clear intersection due to restricted access.
Also there is an ongoing problem with illegal parking across from Queens College. Please patrol and ticket this area.

Although the corners and fire hydrants in the area are clearly marked NO PARKING ANYTIME, people park in these areas during any kind of functions at the churches. This causes issues with visibility and the ability of emergency vehicles to negotiate the corners. My mother fell and the emergency crews could not get through. I have called the city on several occasions but no tickets have been issued. I have also written email and letters to the entire church staff and nothing has changed.

I am a student here at Queens University of Charlotte, and I use the crosswalk to get to my class and the parking lot were I park, I know that there is a yellow caution light button that we can push to slow traffic when crossing, but there a problem people do not stop when students are crossing the street. When a student or myself pushes the button cars just run through the light and sometimes students or morning runners would have to wait until there is no one there before we could cross. At one time a person got hit at the crosswalk because a car didn't stop. There is a sign (two of them) in the middle of the road that is bright yellow that states :State Law Must yield to pedestrains, but not everyone does. Another thing that the parking on the side of the road is a reason why traffic needs to stop at the caution light. When you have SUV or trucks that are parked on the right side of the road, students and runners are not able to see if there are car coming or not, believe it or not people are not going the speed limited and that is a danger to us as well. I would like to see a RED stop light there so that when students or runners push that button drivers will know you need to STOP, not slow down or keep going, but STOP. I hope that you can look into this problem and fix it, just before writing this letter to you I almost got hit this morning because I thought this car was going to stop and he didn't along with three other cars and a city trash truck. Please help the students at Queens.
Bevington Place At Rea Road
On Bevington Place where it meets Rea Rd, water continually runs across the road and freezes on cold mornings. I am worried that someone will come up to the red light and will not be able to stop and slide out onto Rea road into oncoming traffic.
Rothwood Avenue Charlotte, TN
There is an electric pole
on Rothwood hit by a car several months ago. A smaller pole from the larger pole is anchored in the grasssy part of the side walk and the yellow part stays full of wasp. The children use this sidewalk daily. I have reported this to NES, AT&T and Comast. No one claims any responsibility for fixing this pole. Surely some company in Nashville put it there.
Thanks 4 you help,
Assembly Drive Charlotte, NC 28211, USA
Employees of the Piedmont Tower 1 & 2 buildings are told to park in the parking decks. Some employees have been parking on the side street (Assembly Drive) and this is causing a major driving hazard (which today caused a wreck). When leaving the East parking deck to cross over Assembly Drive, cars have to enter into the street to see if cars (due to the parked cars on the side street) are coming to successfully make it to the other side. We have told the management company of the building and they stated that it was regulated by the city. Your help is needed to fix this issue so wrecks will not occur. The only cars that were allowed on this side street were service vehicles: UPS, FedEx, 3rd parties working on buildings. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The approach from Sharon Ln. to the intersection of Sharon Rd. Needs a caution light warning of the upcoming "T". In the past year countless vehicles have run through the light there and crashed into the brick wall, demolishing a portion of it.
