Description

The outbound lane from Bangor is broken up for about 20 ft. causing many cars to pull into the breakdown lane (and sometimes on coming traffic) in order to avoid the broken pavement. This is a tilted / angled curve which has had severe accidents in the past and shouldn't have cars veering out of the path of travel they should remain in.
