West bound on Otis St NE: at the intersection of 15th ST NE there is a stop sign that is nearly fully covered by a tree. The tree is too close to the stop sign and now that spring is here the tree's leaves cover the sign. I almost got run down today when a car didn't stop at all. This tree needs to be trimmed or be moved. The sign isn't visible until you're right next to it giving no reaction time.
