Dear Official that scheduled a patch job. That whole street need repaving and new sidewalks. You would need 200 patches to fix it all piecemeal and it would end up just as dangerous. Please repave the whole street,, and put in new sidewalks. This is ridiculous!

I just called the Dept of Pub Works, and, of course, no one answered, so I left a message. ALL of Lafayette St. needs reconstruction, and it is ridiculous to do a patch at the location of this photo, and then a series of patch jobs up and down the whole street! We need that machine that tears up the street and repaves it. And the sidewalk too - ALL of it on the side across from the medical building needs redoing. Nevermind one little patch and think you're done.

To be honest.. in the elections coming up next week,, I'd vote for Trump before I'd vote for Toni Harp.. anybody.. the City has gone way down and we need someone who is going to catch up and make this City something we can be proud again to live in.
