This catch basin currently drains to a location near / adjacent to the railroad right of way which is not visible or easily located. Due to this the water will drain slowly resulting in standing water within the structure after a rain storm. The nearby catch basin collects any overflow during storm events and transfers it to a newer system that runs to the Sweetwater Brook.
