Intersection of seminole blvd. and park blvd. Traffic light in the south bound lanes (left turn and straight) recieved only 3 seconds of green light for multiple cycles of the light. Concerning because many people were running the red light in both directions because the light turned red so fast. At 9:15 am there are still a lot of people in a hurry to get to work. Never saw any emergency vehicles pass by.
