Bikes attached to any metal stands around our house. There is an apartment building who does not have a bike rake. All their tenants attaching their bikes around 1336 Meridian Place house. If their bikes are broken, nobody takes them away and they sit for years until we report a dumped bike. Could we request you to help us to push the apartment management to set their own bike rake?
