Description

This building has only 2 *trash* dumpsters, and NO recycling option. Residents either put recycling in these trash dumpsters or put their recycling into neighbor's City toters.

DPW says the problem is an LCI issue. When I call the LCI number , no answer and "mailbox is full". (gneral number or Ramos)
