The city would do better to hire multiple street artists to paint this bridge if graffiti is unwanted. Otherwise you're just making fresh canvas for taggers.
Yes, and then put a finish called “Muralguard” that protects the mural from graffiti for up to 15 years. It lets any graffiti that would occur be removed.
