I agree that people frequently speed on Stockton--it's used as a way of avoiding the stoplights on Hull and stop signs on Decatur.

Some 4-way stop signs would be better than nothing, but speed humps (if feasible) would be even better.

This was reported in June and the city still hasn't done anything. I haven't seen any equipment measuring speed on the road or any attempt to explore the problem.
