Inspections slow down for us in winter when department's focus is on seasonal matters. With good weather coming earlier we will be able to begin inspecting locations we have listed. Thanks for patience.

When we inspected location we noted spalling and that we would continue to monitor the spalling and left issue acknowledged so we would monitor condition not immediately fix it. Sorry if there was any confusion.
