Opis

In the morning, traffic heading Southbound blocks the box, which does allow folks who are trying heading West to Each to cross North Capitol. (I had to wait through 2 south bound lights and folks only responded when I slammed on the horn. This isn't a light issue as much as folks need to get tickets for blocking the box.)
