Traffic light for Glascock St traffic at Wake Forest Rd is only letting 2 or 3 cars go before turning red, even if there are no cars waiting on Wake Forest Rd. This has been happening in the mornings ever since that first block of Glascock reopened a couple of weeks ago. I don't understand why a "No turn on red" was installed there last year - I never saw an accident at that intersection in the 4 yrs I've traveled that route to work.

The 'no turn on red' was installed due to the fact that (for some reason) drivers cannot figure out how to stop at the white stop line (currently missing due to repaving). It is hard to tell, but this turn is not a 90-degree angle. When cars pull all the way up to turn right (waaaay past the white stop line), they block the bus and trucks from easily turning left into Glascock. The 'no turn on red' needs to stay.
Also, I've also had trouble getting through the light recently, but I figured technicians would change this soon. Currently, the light seems to be on an automatic turn schedule (turning automatically every several minutes instead of being triggered by a sensor in the road). I believe the sensor is currently missing due to the recent repavement. Hopefully, there are plans to put the sensor in again when the stop line is repainted.
