This closed but NOT boarded up building continues to attract illegal activity. Homeless people spend the night there. Stolen items are sold as if there is a "garage sale". Drug runners frequent the building and sometimes hide by running to the canal through a hole in the fence or through the entrance to the canal on Diana Way.
