Description

The owner of this vacant lot bagged up trash on her lot and left it sitting in white trash bags just to be strewn all over her lot. She NEVER cleans up, she never cuts the weeds, she never does ANYTHING to maintain her vacant lot. PLEASE WRITE HER A TICKET. IF NOT WE WILL GO TO THE MAYOR AND SEE WHAT SHE SAYS ABOUT IT.
