Frame only (no handle bars, seat or wheels) is locked to a DOT post for a yellow children's crosswalk sign on the south west corner of 14th St and Ave. A. Dangerous location since its only a few steps from the east bound 14th St crosstown bus stop. Closest business is Dion French Cleaners on the corner of 14th St and Ave. A., 444 E. 14th St. 10009. BIKE IS DIFFICULT TO SEE FOR THOSE WITH LOW VISION ISSUES WHEN THEY GET OFF BUS AND WALK A FEW STEPS EAST TO THE CORNER OF 14ST AND AVE. A; ESPECIALLY DIFFICULT TO SEE AT NIGHT. WILL BE VERY DANGEROUS IF ITS NOT REMOVED BEFORE THE SNOW SEASON! Observed that at least two others have reported same bike with less precise information; they state address is 12 Bond St, which may be their own address. Correct address for bike is 444 E. 14th St., 10009. Regret I don't have a picture to download.
