A couple of persistent problems at this location. Graffiti left unabated for months on roll-up door of private building at 3070 Brook St. Also, dumpster persistently left on sidewalk in front of building in ROW. Junk auto parts are left in front of building of days/week at a time--technically this is dumping as they have no pickup for these. Can city send abatement letter and let businesses know what graffiti abatement and trash/dumpster regs are and that effective abatement is good for business, too? Thank you!
