bad intersection to begin with, but there are double parked cars and kids darting into the street on foot, bikes, and scooters as lazy parents hang out on the sidewalk and porch. My hunch is there is an illegal daycare or babysitting situation going on there and kids are spilling into the street. This needs to be addressed before one of these children is hurt.
