They were bleeding the fire hydrant right there yesterday. Could that be the source of the issue?

I have reported this before on SCF. I asked for the vegetation to be trimmed (that big cedar) and the homeowner did comply, but only trimmed about 6 inches. Trimming needs to be much more extensive. The mud is always there, not from the hydrant. The city should fix the sidewalk.

This is the owners responsibility to maintain, per city code.Some work has been completed; staff met with the owner today and expects the remainder of the sidewalk to be cleaned either today or by Monday. Thank you for reporting this issue.
