Somebody moved one of the boulders the city placed under the Middletown bridge. Please move boulder back asap!!!! These boulders prevent vehicles from pulling up and dumping there. They have been fabulously successful so far (NO dumping in 2 months). If this boulder is not moved back the dumping will likely start again.
