Fed up with all the garbage (Invitado)

Must be the same people who put their trash bags there, no garbage cans, and there ends up being loose litter all over the place, week after week. They just put their garbage in that tree planter any old time they feel like it, and apparently their garbage service does not pick up large tree limbs. HOW DO THEY KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS?! It makes Wooster Street look like a dump, and now they are blocking the sidewalk. Aren't there any trash disposal laws in this city? Does anyone enforce them?

Fed up with all the garbage (Invitado)

Tree limbs are gone, but now there is a box containing three full cans of household paint. Isn't that considered hazardous material? It's sitting on the sidewalk next to the same planter where the tree limbs were previously left to block the sidewalk for weeks on end. HOW DO THEY KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS?! Maybe if somebody slapped a fine on this condo association, they would do something about the dumping its residents engage in, week after week.

Area has been substantially cleaned up. Hope the city will continue to enforce no dumping here.
