Code Ofc Giorgio Gramegna did go to the residence, last week; However, he cannot go into the fenced-in back yard without the owner and/or tenant present. Code Ofc Gramegna is still waiting to hear back from the City's Utilities and Environmental Services Departments for a resolution. This is not a Code issue but Code Ofc Gramegna will be contacting you as soon as he gets a response & a resolution from one of those departments. Thank you! -jal
