This is for the whole alley for the east side of the 2200 block of 12th Place NW (shared with 12th Street). The drain has also been clogged for months and alley is on terrible shape from mid block to the t in the alley on the south side. Been here for 15 years and have never seen a repair done. Any way to get it inspected too?
