The park is slowly becoming an overnight location for homeless people. Two in particular are aggressive. The rest are just trying to get by as best as possible. This issue is part of a larger breakdown in Oakland due to people being pushed out, lack of affordable housing and a callousness that results in a city unable to provide for the weakest among us.
