The SE corner of Birch and Franklin Streets accumulates stormwater every time it rains or snows, without a proper channel for it to drain away. The low point is an unfilled scar in the edge of birch street right at the base of the crosswalk curb cut.

This has been reported and ignored multiple times.

When it rains this weekend, the large puddle will be visible on international television frequently, racers pass the spot.
