The tree in front of 85 Pearl Street, which is on City property, has ead, calling branches which hae fallen on our car. Soon enough, the branches may fall on people, for which the City will incur significant liablity. The tree should be heavily trimmed, at a minimum, and likely cut down. Thanks, LaShawn Jeferson
