I would like it if my city taxes paid for repairs to this walkway in the pocket park behind the Shubert theater rather than settlement of a lawsuit when somebody trips and falls here.

Reposting of http://www.seeclickfix.com/issues/1765235 which was closed by City, but not repaired.
