These are Mr. Cowarts second set of signs put up at the intersection of the ramp onto I75. We watched Stockbridge code and force my pops or take the signs down at 2:41 on Friday why are the signs back up. this is his second violation he should be charged $500 a sign according to the city sign ordinance.
