Description

Garbage has not been collected for several weeks which is pilling up outside in front of house.
They also do not recycle, that bin if full of garbage where the recycle collection agency will not pick up. It has had several tickets on it.
There are at least 7 people in that house so some of the garbage is going in the garage. The garbage collecting outside is drawing animals.
