There is a signal light after Bear Creek Rd coming from Pinole into Orinda that caused such a traffic jam this morning 9/18. It generally takes about 30 to 45 minutes from Pinole to Orinda on a good day with normal traffic. Today was absurd, about 1 hour and a half just to find out the hold up was the flashing red light! REALLY!
