Description

Because the street drains are located too far away from one another, every winter season, this curb becomes an ice rink as water settles and freezes. Over the years, I have seen cars skid, drivers lose control of their vehicles, and pedestrians have fallen. I am not an engineer but the configuration is not accurate. Either an additional drain is needed or the curb adjusted, my thought. Thanks.
