The wire is still hanging. It is lower than it was before. I am not sure if it is electrical. It does trace to the pole. Please send someone to work on it.

The wire is still not fixed. It continues to get lower and it close to the top of an sub.

The wire problem has not been fixed. In fact it is hanging lower. It has been an extremely long time since I first reported the problem .

I would also like to inform you about the pot holes at the end of our driveway again. Same as last year. The potholes are forming. The pitch of the street makes water puddle there. The water will be there for days after a good rain. Since the ground is loose when the snow plow comes through, the potholes return.

The tree has been inspected and prioritized for action.

If you call the different utility companies to report it, they will send someone out to check it. You have to call them individually: UI , phone, cable. They will only fix their own lines.
